Inspired by the success of Sialkot International Airport Ltd. (SIAL), the Sialkot Chamber of Commerce and Industry initiated the AIR SIAL project in August 2015. The airline, licensed for scheduled passenger and cargo services in domestic and international markets, aims to excel in safety, operational practices, and hospitality. It seeks to revolutionize the aviation industry by delivering exceptional value and service standards.

The key destinations served by AirSial include Karachi, Islamabad, Lahore, Peshawar, Quetta, and international routes such as Muscat, Jeddah, and Medina. The initiative symbolizes the collaborative spirit of the Sialkot community, striving for new heights in aviation.

Baggage Allowance

Hand baggage is limited to one piece weighing 7 kg, with dimensions not exceeding 45 inches (L22+W15+H8). It must be stored under the seat in front of the passenger or in overhead compartments, avoiding aisles at front and emergency exits. Laptops are excluded from hand carry limits.

For checked baggage, AirSial offers a generous allowance of 20 kg per piece, with dimensions up to 54 inches (L+W+H). The maximum weight limit per piece is 32 kg. The policy operates on a weight-based system, allowing passengers to optimize their luggage allowance while adhering to specific route rules and extra baggage charges.

Refund & Cancellation

Involuntary refunds apply if the airline cancels a flight, fails to operate as scheduled, or causes missed connections. The refund amount depends on whether the ticket was partially used, with calculations based on fare differences or one-way fares, less applicable charges.

For voluntary refunds, passengers receive the fare paid minus service charges or cancellation fees, if the ticket is partially used. The refund reflects the fare difference for the unused portion.

Lost tickets are refunded upon proof of loss and payment of service charges, provided the ticket remains unused and the recipient agrees to repay if the ticket is later used or refunded.
