Jazeera Airways provides two classes of travel:
Business Class - Jazeera Airways offers passengers a range of in-flight amenities access to exclusive check-in counters and baggage allowance up to 60 kgs. Complimentary food and beverages are provided to guests at their comfortable seats.
Economy class - Passengers enjoy comfort and space while travelling on a budget. Jazeera Airways offers complimentary food and beverages and free baggage allowance of 40 kgs.
Baggage Allowance
Free Baggage economy class is restricted to 40kgs and Business class passengers can carry up to 60 kgs.
In-flight Services
Jazeera Airways redefines in-flight experience with personal 8.4 inch LCD screens with the built-in entertainment system in Business class and delicious complimentary food offered in both Economy and Business class. J9 magazine is an inflight reading material which has the latest news and features which is available for all passengers.
Check-in
Domestic Flights - Passengers can check-in online 24 hrs to 1 hrs prior to the scheduled departure time.
International Flights - Passengers can check-in online 24 hrs to 1 hrs prior to the scheduled departure time.
Onboard Support
Jazeera Airways provides assistance for passengers with special needs. Wheelchairs, airport assistance during check in are provided by on ground staff.
